We currently ship orders countrywide through our delivery partners.
For areas outside Nairobi, delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier’s network and accessibility.
Within Cities: 1–2 business days.
Outside Cities: 2–5 business days (depending on location).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or road conditions).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the courier’s rates.
Promotional offers such as “Free Shipping” may be available from time to time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details (where available) from our delivery partner.
Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, you may be contacted to reschedule or collect from the courier’s nearest office/branch.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@zetahub.africa or through your user portal.
We will liaise with the delivery partner to resolve the issue promptly.
